Thank you for choosing to invest in your fitness journey with us!

Due to the digital nature of our products and the time commitment involved in personalized coaching, we have a strict no refunds policy.

Digital Products (Programs, Trackers, Guides)

Once a digital product is purchased and accessed or downloaded, all sales are final.
This includes:

• PDF training programs

• Excel trackers

• Video demonstrations

• Bundled ZIP files

Because digital products can’t be “returned,” we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Online Coaching

Online coaching involves time, communication, and resources tailored to each client. Because of this:

• No refunds will be issued once the coaching package has started.

• Missed check-ins or lack of communication will not be refunded or rescheduled unless discussed in advance.
